Cape Town – Three Cape Pensinsula Univesity of Technology (CPUT) students have been released on free bail after appearing at the Bellville Margistrate’s Court on Monday.
The students were arrested on Friday on a charge of contravening a court based on attending a mass meeting of students.
Speaking to Vernac News, on condition of anonymity, one of the students told us that he was arrested after he was instructed to disperse the meeting.
The next court appearance will be on 07 December 2017.
